$322,000

29.5 acres just outside of the Lufkin city limits. It is a prefect piece for a subdivision, or to make is your homestead in the country, right off the 287 loop. We have survey on file and the property and it was a subdivision plan years ago but the developer didn't move forward with it. There are a couple roads on the property that were put in for the subdivision. This is a nice piece of property and easy to show. The property borders the KOA campground on one side and Kit McConnico Park on the creek side. Lots of potential with this tract and the owner may look at subdividing it with the right offer.
