$69,000

This is a 5 acre tract just outside the Lufkin City Limits. The land is part of a 20.5 acre tract and has some building restrictions to protect the value of the surrounding properties but not too restrictive. This is the first lot on the tract and can be purchased with additional acreage also. The property is full of timber, wild life and beauty. The land is at the end of the road so there is no traffic and you are less than a mile from the 287 loop in Lufkin.
