Here is one of the last chances to own land close to the lake on Highway 147. Over 7 1/2 acres gives you plenty of room to spread out while also giving you the convenience of living on a state highway and within 2 minutes of Cassels Boykin boat ramp. The light restrictions do not pertain to the type or size of house you can build. They simply restrict subdividing the property more than once, building storage units or an RV park on it. These tracts in this area have been hard to get your hands on, and this is your chance! Put you in a driveway, clear out an acre in the middle of the tract and build your dream home. You'll have plenty of privacy but be right in the middle of everything!
