Excellent 76.68 acre recreational and timber tract. There is a 15 acre stand of 8 year old plantation pine in the front. An 18 acre stand of 20 plus year old plantation pine is in the center of the tract. A 24 acre stand of natural regeneration hardwood is on either side of a sandy bottom all weather creek. Hunting is wonderful on this scenic tract. Enjoy Loco Creek, a clear creek that feeds Lake Nacogdoches.
